Welcome to Larinas! By hanging out on our website, browsing our collections, or hitting that buy button, you are agreeing to the rules laid out on this page. If you don't agree with them, that’s okay—but it does mean you shouldn't use our store.

1. The Short & Sweet Version

We promise to do our absolute best to provide beautiful products and an incredible shopping experience. In return, we ask that you use our site honestly, pay for what you buy, and respect our hard work.

2. Setting Up an Account

You don't need an account to shop with us, but if you create one:

• You must be at least 18 years old (or have your parent/guardian’s permission).

• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If someone logs into your account because you left it written on a sticky note, we can't be held responsible for what happens next.

• Keep your info accurate! If your shipping address changes, update it before ordering so your package doesn't end up at your old place.

3. Orders, Pricing, & Typos

We do everything we can to ensure our prices and product descriptions are perfectly accurate. However, we are human.

• Errors happen: If a product is accidentally listed at $0.00 or an extra zero is added by mistake, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse that order. If we do, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

• Price changes: We might change our prices or end a promotion early without warning. Don't worry, though—the price you lock in at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Shipping, Returns, & What We Expect From You

We have separate policies for shipping and refunds, but here are the core rules:

• Payment: Your order will only ship after your payment clears. No IOUs.

• Delivery: Once we hand your package over to the shipping carrier (like UPS or DHL), they are responsible for the physical delivery. If a package is stolen off your porch or delayed by a massive storm, reach out to us. We will always try to help you track it down or work with the carrier to fix it.

5. Don't Do Anything "Sketchy"

We want Larinas to be a safe, welcoming place. You explicitly agree not to use our store or content to:

• Break any laws or conduct scams.

• Spam our customer service or review sections with links, abuse, or hate speech.

• Use bots, scrapers, or malicious code to mess with our website's performance.

• Copy our logo, brand designs, or unique product photos and claim them as your own. (That's our intellectual property, and we've worked really hard on it!).

6. The Legal Fine Print (Limitation of Liability)

While we strive for perfection, we provide our website and products "as is."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Larinas won't be held liable for any unexpected issues, data glitches, or minor delays out of our control. If a dispute arises that we just can't settle with a friendly email, it will be handled under the laws of california
